Bedrooms 2 & 3 have king beds and bedroom 4 has two sets of bunk beds with full size beds on bottom and twins on top. Master bedroom, bedroom 2 and den all have smart tv’s.

This home sits on 1/2 an acre in Crested Butte South. It’s just minutes to the ski slopes, downtown, hiking, rivers, golfing, and plenty of dining choices. Within Crested Butte South, you are within walking distance to two restaurants, a convenience store, beautiful park, and coffee shops. The Lazy C offers a beautiful rental home at a lower cost by offering exclusive rentals to REFERRALS ONLY and eliminating VRBO or similar rental sites fees.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your check in day. A $150 house cleaning fee is also required.
Inside 30 days of your check in date, no refunds can be given. 50% of the down payment will be refunded if cancellation is made prior to 30 days before check in date.
